Air Serbia reveals its 2022 expansion plan

Serbian national carrier announced an expansion plan for summer 2022 from its main airport in Belgrade. From April 21, Air Serbia starts scheduled service to the Spanish third city - Valencia. Also, starting from June 5, 2022, the air company starts flying to 3 new European leisure destinations - Rijeka (Croatia), Italian Bari, and Palma de Mallorca in Spain. Tickets are available for booking as of January 19.

Flights to Valencia

Valencia is brand a new destination for Air Serbia. During April and May flights will be operated on Airbus A319 twice a week - from April 21 according to the following schedule:

departing Belgrade Nikola Tesla International Airport (BEG) at 17:05 and arriving in Valencia at 19:55 (VLC), tagged JU 0594
on the way home departing Valencia Airport (BEG) at 20:40 and arriving in Belgrade at 23:20 (VLC) the same day, tagged JU 0595

During Easter week there are some changes in the schedule, be informed.

Starting from June 2, 2022, flights will be operated on Thursdays and Sundays:

Flights to Bari

Seasonal flights to Bari, an Italian city on the Adriatic coast, will be available from June 5 to October 27 three times a week - on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays:

departing Belgrade International Airport (BEG) at 07:15 and arriving in Bari at 08:55 (BRI) on Thursdays and Sundays, tagged JU 0520
departing Bari Airport (BRI) at 09:30 and arriving in Belgrade at 11:10 (BEG) on the same days, tagged JU 0521
departing Belgrade Nikola Tesla International Airport (BEG) at 18:10 and arriving in Bari at 19:50 (BRI) on Mondays, tagged JU 0524
departing Bari Airport (BRI) at 20:30 and arriving in Belgrade at 22:10 (BEG) on the same day, tagged JU 0525

For this direction will be deployed ATR72 aircraft.

Flights to Palma De Mallorca

In pre-pandemic times Air Serbia already operated Palma de Mallorca charter flights. During the 2019 season, 20 charter flights were operated on the route, carrying more than 5,000 passengers to the main Balearic Island. Scheduled service will be available twice a week from June 11 to October 29:

The route will be served by Airbus A319.

Flights to Rijeka

The Croatian coastal city of Rijeka will be connected by ATR72 aircraft every Wednesday and Saturday. Here is a schedule:

departing Belgrade International Airport (BEG) at 13:20 and arriving in Rijeka at 14:40 (RJK), tagged JU 0226
departing Rijeka (PMI) at 15:10 and arriving in Belgrade at 16:30 (BEG), tagged JU 0227

Belgrade to Rijeka route also will be served seasonally from June 15 to September 17, 2022.
